A balanced flavor gives way to  light lingering honey sweetness. Relatively high carbonation washes the palate clean. No hop aroma or bitterness. Medium gold color and slightly hazy. Crisp white head that lingers.  Chirp! Chirp!

About the Style

Cream Ales, spawned from the American light lager style, are brewed as an ale though are sometimes finished with a lager yeast or with lager beer mixed into the final product.
